TalesToTells is based in the United Arab Emirates and specializes in creating fully customized children's books. Each book is tailored to the customer's order, including personalization such as name and photos.

• Parents and guardians may place orders on behalf of children.

• All books are custom-made based on the details you provide (such as name, photo, or personalization text).

• Once an order is confirmed, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

• We use Stripe as our secure third-party payment processor.

• Payment must be completed at checkout before we process your order.

• Standard delivery time is 7 to 11 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delays may occur during holiday periods or due to courier issues outside our control.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

• Since each book is fully customized, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been printed and shipped.

• If your book arrives damaged or contains a printing error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at talestotells.official@hotmail.com and we will review your case.

• TalesToTells is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost profits, or emotional distress related to our products.

• Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the total amount paid by you for the order.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, courier errors, or incorrect information provided by customers.

• All content on our website, including stories, images, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of TalesToTells.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
